Remote Recruiter

Job Summary

Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for RPO clients, the full-time Remote Recruiter will source, evaluate, present, and place top talent for skilled and salaried positions while delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with RPO client stakeholders to recruit and place qualified candidates for direct-hire positions
• Manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing to offer acceptance, including scheduling interviews and conducting follow-ups
• Maintain recruiting activity reports and provide updates to clients while supporting the execution of recruiting best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing and/or supply chain industries
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Assertive and outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships
