Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, and develop sourcing strategies to engage high-caliber candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer acceptance for designated roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define best-in-industry talent profiles and success metrics
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to proactively engage and attract top talent

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in ecommerce or high-growth environments
• Proven track record of identifying and closing best-in-class talent
• Strong judgment in assessing talent and maintaining hiring standards
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with high organization and attention to detail
• Genuine enthusiasm for the company's mission and ability to represent the brand authentically
