Job Summary

To support a growing team ahead of launch, the Remote Recruiter will source candidates, engage with potential hires, and manage the recruitment pipeline on a flexible basis, whether full-time, part-time, or contract.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and job boards
• Engage and outreach to passive candidates with compelling messaging
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit before passing them to hiring managers

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition
• Strong sourcing skills beyond traditional job postings
• Excellent written communication skills for effective outreach
• Organizational skills to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
