Job Summary
To support dynamic organizational growth, the full-time Remote Recruiter will efficiently fill open positions by sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Actively source passive candidates using various tools and research new sourcing strategies
- Screen applicants for position requirements and cultural fit while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and conduct follow-ups with managers to assess recruiting effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of full cycle sales recruiting experience, preferably in financial services
- Proven track record of exceeding recruiting quotas
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and proficiency in ATS software (ADP WorkforceNow)
- Basic understanding of payment processing systems and merchant services preferred
- Good home internet connection
