Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with candidates
- Leading and managing the candidate interview, offer and related process
- Posting open positions on internal and external sources
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Conduct screening interviews in person
- 5 years work experience in full cycle recruitment
- Must have experience sourcing external candidates through variety of job boards
- Must be able meet client’s submittal qualifications on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume position
- Ability to handle multiple lines of business and complex roles
