Job Summary

An executive search firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing equity research all the way through salary negotiation
• Recruiting for our wide range of industries
• Providing regular client contact, coaching, guidance and management

Qualifications Include:

• 5 years full-life cycle recruiting with a heavy focus on creative sourcing techniques
• Experience recruiting for professional services firms
• Experience using and maintaining applicant tracking system
• Ability to work in a virtual environment with stakeholders who are geographically dispersed
• Ability to gather data, consistently track metrics, and prepare reports
• Knowledge of laws and regulations as applicable to the employment, recruitment and placement
