Job Summary

A business to business service has a current position open for a Remote Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing applicant flow from internal and external postings within our applicant tracking platform
  • Developing and maintaining a solid pipeline of potential candidates
  • Meeting operational hiring targets to ensure company growth goals are achieved

Required Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for a virtual call center or other high volume virtual recruitment setting
  • Ability to provide communication that is clear and direct, both written and oral
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, with an ability to quickly shift focus as required by needs of the business
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Effectively communicate with hiring managers
  • Experience with Zoom, Applicant Tracking System, and Microsoft Office Suite of products
