Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create interest that drives candidates to apply to openings
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge and skill sets that best fit our current openings
- Create candidate funnels for positions that are hard to fill
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience in Microsoft Office, as well as social media management platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
- Self-sufficient; ability to multi-task with little supervision
- Must have strong communication skills
- Ability to manage time and remain organized
