Job Summary
An engineering consulting and construction management company is seeking a Remote Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Execute full life-cycle recruitment
- Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process
- Employ various methods of sourcing including direct and social media recruiting
Required Skills:
- 2 years of experience sourcing and full-cycle recruiting ideally within the Engineering and Environmental Consulting industry
- 2 years of agency experience required
- Experience building strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
- Must have strong written/verbal communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, and the ability to make cold calls
- Ability to work in stressful situations and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
