Job Summary
A publisher of an informational internet website has a current position open for a Remote Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and executing team-specific and proactive full cycle staffing plans
- Partnering closely with hiring leaders to deeply understand present and future team resourcing needs and goals and work with them to identify the ideal qualifications and backgrounds to have best candidates and hires possible
- Finding and engaging unique and amazing candidates through creative sourcing techniques, including outreach and pursuit of talent passively interested in opportunities
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of relevant recruiting experience
- Experience in full cycle recruiting experience across multiple technical and product disciplines
- Demonstrated ability to identify deep pools of talent for diverse roles
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to regularly manage talent pipeline activity and proactively share data-centric updates with hiring leaders
- Ability to establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders
