Job Summary
An education company is seeking a Remote Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and implementing overall recruiting strategies
- Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
- Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate job boards
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Demosntrated solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
- Ability to source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
- Ability to screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
- Ability to provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
