Job Summary

An education company is seeking a Remote Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Designing and implementing overall recruiting strategies
• Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
• Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate job boards

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Demosntrated solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
• Ability to source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
• Ability to screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
• Ability to provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
