Job Summary

A real estate brokerage firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Working closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their departments
• Sourcing candidates, screen resumes, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process
• Building a proactive candidate pipeline for future business needs

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments (inhouse and/or staffing agencies)
• Experience developing recruiting strategy and sourcing methodologies
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and exercise good judgment to make decisions
• Strong organizational skills, time management, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction
