Job Summary

A boutique real estate investment fund has a current position open for a Remote Recruiter .

Must be able to:

  • Help grow the renovation staff base
  • Guide the best candidates through the interview and hiring process
  • Assist in locating, hiring, and onboarding an expansive team of employees

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years experience doing high-volume full lifecycle recruiting
  • Experience working with an ATS, preferably BreezyHR
  • Experienced developing complex search strings across multiple online resources
  • Experience working with and/or managing sourcer(s)
  • Experienced in recruiting all levels of employees from senior to hourly
