A moving and relocation company is filling a position for a Remote Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Source for candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
- Partner with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs
- Develop industry-specific partnerships for networking purposes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Human Resources or Business Management Degree
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting
- Demonstrated track record of managing complex initiatives
- Strong Business Acumen Skills
- Proven track record on innovative change
- Ability to influence without authority
