Job Summary
A developer of a cloud-based content creation platform is filling a position for a Remote Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the full life cycle recruiting process within our teams mainly focusing on Customer Success, Creative Services, Marketing, and Sales
- Screening candidates, conducting interviews both over the phone and via Zoom, and managing the entire process
- Establishing regular touch points with the hiring managers and diligent follow through with the candidates to enhance hiring and interviewing experience
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2-4 years of in house recruiting experience in the Creative, Digital, or Technical space
- Proven success delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ability to organize your tasks, manage your time, and meet deadlines
- Ability to develop robust and diverse candidate pipelines through professional networking, relevant social media platforms and third party platforms
- Ability to concentrate on creating strategic plans for sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds for each of your roles
- Ability to present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate offer terms
