A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing and performing all staffing initiatives
• Interviewing and evaluating candidates
• Managing all current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3 - 5 years full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proficient in conducting behavioral or structured interviews
• State of the art skills in recruiting capabilities via social networks and current sourcing strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to engage and source passive candidates through social media
