Job Summary

A business services and consulting firm has a current position open for a Remote Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Utilizing numerous networking tools to develop and grow a candidate talent base for staffing solutions.
  • Spearheading all recruitment initiatives
  • Tracking trends in recruiting and retention of new hires

Position Requirements Include:

  • Associate or Bachelors degree required (specific HR experience a plus)
  • Experience identifying and securing sources of potential job career candidates
  • Experience recruiting qualified candidates from a variety of sources
  • Recruiting-related experience – minimum 3-5 years
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Familiarity with ADP Workforce
