Job Summary
An energy company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Attracting and sourcing great candidates
- Closing offers and ensuring a seamless transition to our onboarding team
- Building strategic and effective relationships with both candidates and operations leadership
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years experience as a recruiter
- Proven track record of full cycle recruitment including but not limited to sourcing, screening, leading candidate experience, prioritization, partner management, and offer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
