Job Summary

A transportation solutions company is seeking a Remote Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Collaborating across segments to advance TA programs that benefit the region as a whole
  • Leading all external and internal Talent Acquisition for assigned client group
  • Developing staffing strategies based on labor market and competitive analysis, benchmarking and survey data

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience managing, developing, and executing TA and HR project plans, and proposals
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment function
  • Demonstrated ability as a Talent Advisor to effectively create comprehensive recruiting strategies
