A home products retailer is seeking a Remote Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting proactive needs analysis with hiring managers to establish execution plan
  • Developing and managing pipeline of potential candidates for business through proactive market analysis
  • Developing and executing talent sourcing plans

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition and/or similar role
  • Able to support major projects such as acquisitions
  • Able to handle requisitions escalated from various TA teams
