Job Summary
A nationwide banking and financing company is in need of a Remote Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be a key partner to your business line leaders
- Build trusting partnerships, develop recruiting strategies and consult with CBB managers
- Use sourcing tools to attract top talent such as, Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, Workday and Phenom
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of recruiting experience
- Effective project management skills
