A travel company has a current position open for a Remote Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Serving as the central resource for all recruitment activities for exempt and non-exempt positions
• Ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent
• Partnering with the hiring managers to define position and recruitment strategy

Qualifications for this position include:

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Proven ability to successfully source talent through various tools and social media
• Must be able to build influential relationships with candidates and all levels of management
• Demonstrated analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably iCIMS
• Proficiency with MS Office
