A software company has an open position for a Remote Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing a recruiting plan
- Owning multiple requisitions and delivering a high-touch candidate experience
- Working with hiring managers to develop hiring processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1-4 years of experience in recruiting function for a SaaS startup organization or a recruiting agency
- A track record of success sourcing and placing candidates
- Ability to source from a variety of platforms and networks, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels
