Job Summary

A healthcare commpany is in need of a Remote Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting
• Provide and solicit regular follow-up with the respective hiring managers and candidates
• Develop creative recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of candidates

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years high volume recruiting experience
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Results driven with the proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Demonstrates strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to successfully problem solve
