• Executing on self-developed, proven recruiting methods
• Proactively building and nurturing a pipeline of talent

Qualifications Include:

• 2-4 years of experience recruiting for an agency or established firms
• Have experience placing talent with backgrounds in lead generation marketing
• Have previous success in staffing
• Proficient in sourcing candidates through resume database mining
• Demonstrate ability to present information in clear, concise terms
• Experience with Social Media background checks
