A US-based tech company specializing in SaaS has an open position for a Remote Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing, facilitating, and implementing all phases of the recruitment process
• Working closely with our vendors to source technical and creative roles
• Sourcing and recruiting passive candidates for hard to fill roles

Required Skills:

• Experience with a fully remote hiring process
• Comfort with remote hiring tools
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Ability to build a strong rapport with candidates and hiring managers in a short amount of time
• Ability to pivot often and adapt to new and ever changing recruitment needs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
