Things that you'll do:
Search for sources to find and attract the best talent out there
Create interesting content for our job ads
Post vacancies according to recruitment strategy plans
Schedule and conduct interviews through Skype or in-person interviews
Become familiar with our internal applicant tracking system and skills testing procedures
Learn how to onboard new staff members
Gather data to report to management
Follow processes and procedures to maintain compliance with company policies
