Job Summary

A summer program education company is seeking a Remote Recruiter and Human Resources Generalist in Gainesville.

Must be able to:

• Screen resumes, interview candidates (primarily by video or phone) and administer appropriate assessments
• Leverage recruitment resources for optimal recruitment options
• Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external employees

Required Skills:

• Associates degree, preferably in human resources or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of one year of seasonal/temporary staffing experience
• Minimum of one year of Human Resources experience
• Experience dealing with employee conflict and mitigation
• Excellent customer service
• All other requirements necessary for this position
