Job Summary
A healthcare technology company specializing in oncology patient services has an open position for a Remote Recruiter HR Assistant in New York City.
Must be able to:
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer
- Manage applicant funnel and screen candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Partner with the hiring managers to create and implement souring plans
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years recruiting in a healthcare facing company (Biotech/Pharma/Digital Healthcare preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with tools, metrics, and data
- Experience using sourcing tools and systems including ATS (JazzHR experience is a plus)
