A telecommunications company has a current position open for a Remote Recruiter I in Charlotte.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage job postings, applicant review and screenings, schedule interviews, and/or assist with the interviewing process
- Coordinate and assist in the offer process
- Develop recruiting sources to maintain an uninterrupted flow of candidates
Position Requirements Include:
- College degree
- 0-2 years professional level experience
- High volume full life cycle recruiting experience
- Ability to successfully work with a diverse array of management and communication styles
