A field services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Recruiter in Atlanta.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Implement the company’s global recruitment strategy to provide hiring managers with high quality talent
- Manage recruiting outreach and sourcing efforts including advertising
- Screen and interview candidates
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4 + years of experience in talent acquisition required
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- All other requirements necessary for this position
