A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Recruiter in Charleston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify internal and external candidates for vacant positions
- Conduct strategy meetings with hiring managers to identify expectations
- Serve as a liaison between hiring managers and staffing agencies
Position Requirements Include:
- Conduct recruitment activities including job fairs, conferences, on-campus and other special events
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Healthcare Recruiter experience
