A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Recruiter in Charleston.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Identify internal and external candidates for vacant positions
• Conduct strategy meetings with hiring managers to identify expectations
• Serve as a liaison between hiring managers and staffing agencies

Position Requirements Include:

• Conduct recruitment activities including job fairs, conferences, on-campus and other special events
• Minimum of 3 years experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Healthcare Recruiter experience
