Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Remote Recruiter in Reston.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing full lifecycle recruiting and sourcing
- Interfacing directly with candidates regarding programs, careers, position expectation, compensation, and benefits
- Developing staffing strategies and driving staffing process with hiring managers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, other applicable disciplines
- Strong networking, candidate mining, and lead identification skills
- Must be knowledgeable with Applicant Tracking Systems, as well as EEOC, OFCCP, and DCAA compliance requirements
- Strong communication and follow-up/follow-through skills
- Strong computer skills to include MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
