A lead capture tool company has an open position for a Remote Recruiter in San Francisco.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning full-cycle recruiting across Business functions
- Helping drive our recruiting process that scales as a remote-first company
- Developing and implementing Talent strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Position Requirements Include:
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Passionate about meeting top talent, understand what drives them and match them to the right opportunity
- Experience sourcing and closing profiles ranging from entry-level to senior management positions
- Good technical knowledge in Sourcing, ATS and hiring niche skills
- Empathetic, vulnerable and passionate about driving the right business outcomes
- You love to get things done, and you’re innately driven to go above and beyond to produce great work
