Job Summary

Seeking passionate individuals, the Remote Recruiter Nebraska will manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding staff for progressive political campaigns in a fully remote, temporary position.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and facilitate hiring processes through internal tracking systems
• Carry out full-cycle recruitment tasks, including job ad creation, candidate outreach, and onboarding support
• Develop and implement strategies to meet hiring goals while monitoring recruitment effectiveness and progress

Required qualifications

• Some experience in recruiting and hiring, or a strong willingness to learn
• Passion for progressive policies and community engagement
• Strong technical competency with access to a computer and reliable internet
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required
