An accounting firm is seeking a Remote Recruiter Sourcer in Saint Petersburg.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building long and short lists of suitable candidates for hiring manager review
- Actively sourcing candidates using a range of job boards and talent databases to find active and passive talent
- Screening candidates via resume review and phone interviews to verify appropriate hard and soft skills
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to dig deep and find talent searching for candidates and sifting through resumes daily engaging with active and passive individuals
- At least 3-5 years experience recruiting for marketing and technical backgrounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
