Job Summary

A consulting agency and medical research organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Recruiter Sourcing Coordination Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Build pipelines for designated positions
• Collaborate with HR business partners, hiring managers, and interview teams
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site, multi country organization

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience of Staffing/Recruitment experience
• Two-year degree from a recognized college or university
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Networking experience using multiple resources
• Knowledge of plan design information and benefit contract language.
• Knowledge of pertinent federal and state regulations
