Job Summary
To support a growing remote team, the full-time Recruiter / Talent Sourcer will lead end-to-end hiring processes, engage with candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to attract top tech talent.
Key responsibilities
- Engage both passive and active candidates to build a diverse talent pool for assigned roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and create clear job descriptions
- Develop targeted headhunting strategies and maintain a long-term candidate pipeline
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on IT and tech talent
- 1+ year of international IT recruitment experience with a solid understanding of the global talent market
- Proven track record of hiring long-term team members
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in recruiting processes
