Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Recruiting Analytics Team Member.
Must be able to:
- Scale all aspects of Recruiting Analytics
- Connect the dots across recruiting to surface insights and drive action
- Design and construct dashboards & analytics
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of experience in the Recruiting Analytics space specifically
- Experience building strong partnerships, influencing decisions, and communicating complex reports/analyses
- Track record of working with stakeholders
- Experience building data models (Excel/Google Sheets), conducting analyses, and surfacing actionable insights
- Strong experience with SQL and building dashboards
- Very close eye to data accuracy and ability to identify and implement solutions to data challenges
