A research publishing service company is filling a position for a Remote Recruiting and Onboarding Manager in Durham.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Implementing and managing full cycle recruitment
- Developing new and innovativing strategies to attract and retain top talent within the marketplace
- Delivering a diverse candidate pool through traditional and new channels
Qualifications for this position include:
- Knowledge and understanding of markets and compensation
- Managerial experience required
- 3 - 5 years strategic and operational talent attraction and recruitment experience
- Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated track record of meeting recruitment expectations with sustained results
- Strong experience in developing talent sourcing strategies
