Job Summary

A company that provides technology-enabled services and software is seeking a Remote Recruiting and Staffing Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing support to the Staffing and Recruiting team
• Executing established processes and procedures to ensure adequacy of onboarding for new hires
• Pitching in as needed on basic staffing and recruiting tasks

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Word
• Must be deadline-driven, results-oriented and organized with solid understanding of the impact of this role
• Must be able to balance strong teamwork and collaboration skills with independent thinking
• Teamwork mentality and willingness to help where needed to support the overall success of the department
• Advanced ability to handle multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities
