Job Summary
A healthcare staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Recruiting Consultant II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Demonstrating market expertise to HP candidates, interpreting local/national trends and thought leadership
- Cold-Calling into hospitals, clinics and at home using high volume outbound phone activity to identify and engage HPs
- Consulting with HP on current situation and ideal situation, listening for unspoken needs in order to gain commitment
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- Maintain level of required performance at Recruiting Associate position (minimum)
- 3+ years sales or staffing experience is preferred
