A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Recruiting Coordination Manager in New York City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a globally distributed and growing team of 5 FTE Recruiting Coordinators
- Overseeing the hiring and onboarding process, bringing new RCs to Cash and ramping them quickly
- Managing reporting including the Candidate CSAT and RC Partnership Pulse
