A financial services firm is filling a position for a Remote Recruiting Coordination Operations Head.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and executing processes, policies and projects
- Recommending and implementing improvements to hiring and onboarding processes
- Managing regional global recruiting coordination managers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum of 8 years of recruiting, recruiting coordination or HR experience
- 4+ years of mentoring, leading, developing, and empowering employees
- Experience driving and facilitating change
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
