A financial services firm is filling a position for a Remote Recruiting Coordination Operations Head.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and executing processes, policies and projects
  • Recommending and implementing improvements to hiring and onboarding processes
  • Managing regional global recruiting coordination managers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of recruiting, recruiting coordination or HR experience
  • 4+ years of mentoring, leading, developing, and empowering employees
  • Experience driving and facilitating change
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
