Job Summary
A privately-held technology company that developed a collaboration platform for teams is in need of a Remote Recruiting Coordination Operations Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Owning the end-to-end process of on-boarding and training of new team members
- Preparing reports and analyze data to assist management and inform stakeholders of key data points
- Empowering and supporting the Recruiting Coordination team to deliver results
Position Requirements Include:
- 1-2 years experience within Recruiting
- 1-2 years experience managing, mentoring and/or training individual contributors
- High level of familiarity working with Greenhouse, GoodTime, Workday, Asana, GSuite
- Excellent communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Bachelors degree
