Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team in various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support scheduling, interview coordination, and candidate expenses management
  • Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process
  • Assist with updating candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and conducting reference checks
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment involving multitasking and problem-solving
  • Prior exposure to an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Greenhouse is preferred
  • Extensive experience using Microsoft Outlook and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Interest in developing a career in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
  • Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building across different levels and departments
