Job Summary
A consumer and commercial services company is filling a position for a Remote Recruiting Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building Brand Awareness through innovative channels and messages to reach prospective field candidates across the USA
- Assisting with offer letters, scheduling of pre-employment checks, and other onboarding tasks
- Assisting in the management of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring steady candidate flow
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field, preferred
- 1-2 years experience
- Demonstrated passion for sourcing and finding talent
- Ability to assist in the development of creative and strategic recruitment plans using social media campaigns, professional and college-based recruiting sites and events
- Ability to track the list of the recruitment sources and hiring effectiveness
- Ability to assist the Operations and Support staff as necessary with screening and interviewing, both phone and face-to-face
