Job Summary

A hybrid and multi cloud computing firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Recruiting Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Create a seamless experience for all candidate throughout the interview process
  • Partner with talent advisors and hiring leaders to schedule and coordinate a high volume of phone, onsite and video interviews
  • Support the offer generation, approval routing, and coordination of offer related activities for candidates

Qualifications Include:

  • Excellent customer service skills, business etiquette
  • MS Office, Excel, Power Point Outlook, Internet literate (Familiar with LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, social media)
  • Must be able to handle sensitive/confidential information
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a challenging and fast-paced environment
