An online publisher of articles about the landscaping industry is in need of a Remote Recruiting Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with hiring managers
• Use various platforms to source excellent candidates and actively source passive candidates
• Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews

Qualifications Include:

• Proven success as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar
• Exceptional organization and communication skills
• Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Can prioritize multiple projects effectively balancing attention to detail with timely execution
• Must be knowledgeable in HR policies and best practices
