Job Summary

A software developer that creates end-to-end healthcare solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Recruiting Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Coordinate interview scheduling (and travel arrangements if needed)
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, create offer letters, and communicate onboarding information to the appropriate departments
  • Schedule a high volume of phone and onsite interviews with candidates, hiring team, and hiring managers/executives

Required Skills:

  • 1+ years of Recruitment Coordination experience
  • Knowledge of HR principles and best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to coordinate travel for remote candidates when necessary
  • Ability to manage candidate flow through our Applicant Tracking System (Lever)
  • Ability to assist with creating and maintaining complete and confidential employee files
